How to Open MS Office 2007 files in MS office 2003

As all we know, the file created in MS Office 2007 cannot be opened in MS office 2003. Because the file created in MS Office 2007 have different file extension than MS office 2003. For this reason, MS Office unable to read the specific files. There are two ways to open MS office 2007 files in MS office 2003

Microsoft have distributed a patch called "File Format Converter". All you have to do is to install this pack in your computer in which you have installed MS Office 2003. I think, every body knows it. It have to be done while saving the files in MS office 2007. Dont just Save it. Instead of that, use "Save As----> Ms Office 97-2003". So that, the file will be save with the MS office 2003 file extension and can be opened in previous versions of MS office.
